The time has come for Canada to fulfill it's commitment to implementing a "forward-looking" Rare Drug Strategy that will assure equitable access to "state-of-the-art" medicines for all Canadians regardless of where they live, their drug coverage, and their unique circumstances.
Join the Canadian Organization for Rare Disorders in two days of high-powered discussions with patients and families, researchers, clinicians, policymakers/influencers, and manufacturers to help shape Canada's pharmacare and healthcare landscape for optimal drug access. We will explore strategies for providing accurate and timely screening and diagnosis, access to experts and networked centres of excellence, support for community resources including patient associations, and investment in research and drug discovery ... in addition to financing optimal for rare disease therapies.
